I have also updated examples/python/README.pythondemos to refer to README.pythonbuild and also reflect the current install situation as well as what is required to get the prova.py example to work. I have also updated bindings/python/Makefile.am to a style where the double and single-precision forms of the interface can be pre-generated. (I thought I had this before, but it wasn't really the case.) In the same file I have also documented the required swig version as well.
