[Plplot-devel] more on Makefile.examples

I'd look into fixing these myself but am swamped and need to concentrate on
issues where I am needed most.

 - it'd be a lot better if in the examples dirs, the makefile was named
"Makefile" instead of "Makefile.examples".  Is this straightforward to
put it?

 - it needs a clean target
