Improved documentation of plspause and plssub.  This removes the last of the
NEEDS DOCUMENTATION strings from the API arguments (except for deprecated
functions), and therefore concludes any further major changes to the
documentation of the existing common API that occurs in this chapter.

Of course, tweaks will continue....;-)
