Completely reorganize.  Take out all the RedHat 6.2 and Cygnus cruft since
that is all dated, and we have no document build experience with modern 
versions of RedHat or other rpm-based distributions.  That just leaves the
Debian woody instructions, but those instructions now flow much more smoothly.
