This commit contains experimental (albeit working) code for building
and intalling xwin.c as module that can be dlopen'ed.  Of course, this
does not work without the code in the dyndrv branch and the whole
system has to be changed to allow configuration of all drivers.
Nevertheless, I am saving this into CVS before my computer dies and I
loose this work.
