[Plplot-devel] recent plwidget.tcl changes break -dev tk again

Your recent changes to bindings/tk/plwidget.tcl broke -dev tk
again (and perhaps more, I haven't checked).

I notice most of the changes consist of replacing "plw_" with "plw::"
(something to do with namespaces?).  There are lots of "plw_" references in
other files in bindings/tk/ and also in drivers/tk.c.  So I guess there is
still a lot to do to complete the change so that -dev tk (and other tk
stuff?) works again.

Let me know when you are ready for me to test it.
