Vince,

I have noticed when comparing runAllDemos.tcl under plserver and under wish
that the background colour is not set properly under wish.  I assume this is
a bug.  With the background so different it is difficult to tell whether the
other cmap0 and cmap1 colours have a problem or not, but I think (from
looking closely at examples 12 and 16) that they are probably the same.

Anyhow, I will have a closer look at this once the background problem is
sorted out.
