The '-kb' thing appears to have fixed the checkout of the *.fnt files.

I've committed Alan's change to tclAPI.c (5.1.0/tcl instead of
tcl/plplot.tcl) so that should work for both installed and built versions
of pltcl etc.

I'll probably make some more minor changes over the coming weeks to tweak
the tcl<->plplot interactions, but only in a backwards compatible way.

I'd be interested if anyone has any success compiling pltcl with the
'tkwin' driver on Unix.  (makefile modifications will be needed, I assume)
