Hello Jef:

Your message is timely because in the last few days I have finally gotten
guest access on a RH 7.2 system.  I am tied up with something else at the
moment, but I will try to take a look at this situation early next week. If
some tweaks have to be made to plplot-5.1.0 to get RH 7.2 to work, I will
publish a patch.
