My paranoid view is all these hierarchies are a plot (heh) against the poor
documenter....;-)

To be serious, taking consideration of the further input from you and
Maurice, I will leave c_plcalc_world as is except for a change of the index
name from subpage to window and with some additional documentation of what
exactly that index is.

Thanks very much to all of you for your most helpful input.

I will leave it to somebody else to include a place for this index in the
PLGraphicsIn struct, and modify plTranslateCursor to load the index into
the revised PLGraphicsIn *plg.

Also, I will leave it to somebody else (smile) to fix the cursor freeze bug
I found.
