This solution is pretty quick and dirty since I did most of it by analogy with other configuration code without looking deeper. So someone else may find a more elegant way to do the same thing. Also, my own testing has been extremely minimal. I only made sure that I could build with double and dyndrivers enabled, and I ran a few examples with xwin, psc, and png devices. Combinations of single and/or static drivers should work, but I haven't tested them. Maurice, please let me know if this solves the difficulties you were having.
