Some of the things you spoke can motivate me, but resources are scarce. P= IPs=20 must have a priority associated. The non-existing "Bugs" item should have= the=20 higher priority, followed nearly by "Core", "Ports" and "Documentation", = but=20 "PLplot Applications" should have the lower one. That's my view.
