Thanks Alan, that was splendidly prepared!

And thanks and congratulatons to all the members of our extended
community who did so much over the past few months to bring us to this
point. 

While Alan has been cooking the release, I've been trying to prepare
mentally for whatever comes next.  I'll have a post to make soon.  If
not tomorrow, then certainly by early next week.
