Drivers should be usable by several plplot releases, I think, so=20
tying then to a release-specific directory will disable this.

But, as a first try to dyndrivers, I have no objections. However,=20
plcore.c has to be changed in several places, plLibOpen() and=20
plInitDispatchTable() at least.
