[Plplot-devel] "driver" misnomer changed to "device" in plplot-test.sh and friends

That change is important for the tests starting tomorrow.

Invocation of plplot-test.sh changed from, e.g.,

./plplot-test.sh --driver=png

to

./plplot-test.sh --device=png
