Hm, reminds me that there is still no fully functional win32 PGPLOT
(that will build with PDL). All the bits and pieces are there but
somebody needs to f2c the whole of PGPLOT and build it with win32 C. Tim
did this in the past but has lost everything in a hard disc crash.
