The problem with todo files is that if associated with a project they never
reflect your personal priorities so I end up keeping a personal todo file.
Always.  Now, if we shared our todo files, then maybe we'd have something.
That way if I did something that was on everyone's todo, I'd be a hero; if
I saw that two of us had the same item, we could work something out, etc..

Even then I tend to separate it into short term, medium term, and gee it'd be
nice categories.
