[Plplot-devel] Example 9 Java template finished

To get this actually to produce the 10 pages of the other example 9 front
ends the following still has to be done.

(1) In x09.java uncomment f2mnmx and modify this C code for java.  I didn't
know how to pass arrays and return values from a java function.  Also, in
the appropriate parts of x09.java, get rid of temporary assignments for
minimum and maximum values and uncomment f2mnmx instead (to get exact
agreement with other front ends).

(2) Add plvpas, pl_setcontlabelparam, and plcont to the Java API, and
uncomment the corresponding calls in x09.java.

Geoffrey, I am sorry there has been such a delay in getting this template
ready.  Once you complete this work, that will finish the first 13 examples
for Java which is quite an achievement.
