[Plplot-devel] merging of plmodule2.c into plmodule.c

I have just merged plmodule2.c into plmodule.c for reasons which I have been
discussing with Geoffrey.  (The biggest of these is I will be working with
this code, and I prefer that style.) I agree with Geoffrey that
rearrangement of the executable by the new compilation style might be
avoiding the xw09 segfault rather than being a real fix, but so far so good.
Also, in the next week or so I will be making a number of additional changes
to plmodule.c which should substantially rearrange the code, and if the
segfault does not reappear I will take it!
