No, I implmeneted 1) in my working set, but haven't checked it in
yet.  I'll try to do that today or tomorrow.

Just FYI, there is a good chance I'll be incommunicado next week, due
to circumstances beyond my control.  So if I don't answer email for a
while, don't be surprised.
