Log Message:
float --> PLFLT.  Note this change has only been tested with the ps driver
for the C demos, and I intend to do required similar changes on the other drivers 
and the other bindings tomorrow.  Until I can get to these additional changes,
I suspect certain things will be broken because of the plplot.h changes.
