Brackted the definitions of the Gnome driver interface functions inside
#ifdef.  Also, added the appropriate entry in plDevs.h.in.  This should fix
the problem of library linkage when using the --disable-gnome option to
configure.  (Thanks, Maurice, I do not understand why I did not catch that.)
