Log Message:
Changes made by Joao Cardoso a while ago (1998, I think).  This was in the
patch I used to build the first PLplot Debian package.  These changes add
more help and menu entries to plserver.  They have been discussed on
plplot-core and the fixes proposed by Geoffrey Furnish are implemented.
