Log Message:
Documented pltr0, pltr1, and pltr2, in the exclusive C section where they
belong since they are not part of the common API. This substantially
simplifies the documentation of contouring and shading which has also been
greatly improved here.  I am satisfied with the C version of plcont now,
but plshade needs more work on the color aspects.  Also the C and Fortran
sections discussing shading are empty at the moment.
