Finished integrating dev.tex (tables and screens) into advanced.xml.  Also
reviewed results to make sure that they were reasonably up-to-date with
current device software.  For example, tried to document the many device
drivers that are available now compared to what was documented in 1994.
These sections should also be reviewed by an expert.
