Log Message:
Remove configuration messages about where plmodule.so will be installed and
the necessary symlink to it.  This is now handled at install time.

Also create at configure time tmp/python_dynamic and appropriate symlinks in
that directory. This is the special temporary directory where plmodule.so is
built.
