This was generated by cd tmp; make depend on AWI system.  That system is
missing dp (whatever that is) and python-1.4. That system does have python
1.5, but it was incompatible with plplot so I had to disable it.
Somebody else with dp and python-1.4 should regenerate this file as time
permits.
