* DSSSL style sheet checking are now exercised correctly.
* Removed macro CHECK_DTD_STYLE.
* Improved CHECK_DTD to accept extra argument for DSSSL
  external-specification.
* Added Jade output log through file in $jadelog.  Also replace its
  name in Makefile (target clean).
