[Plplot-devel] My recent PLplot support-request triage

For the information of the PLplot developers, I have recently gone
through all the open/pending support requests at
<https://sourceforge.net/p/plplot/support-requests/> and changed the
status to "closed" with a comment of "too old" for all the support
requests that were more than two years old since I don't think any of
those (two-years old or more!) support requests can possibly be
relevant to modern PLplot.

That triage left just 4 open/pending support requests where one of
them was an obvious bug report which I moved to our bug reports, and
the 3 remaining ones I have classified as pending since either the
discussion of the support topic appears to be over, or we are waiting
for more feedback from the originator of the support request.
