[Plplot-devel] xor mode and the buffer

Currently and rendering performed in xor mode is not recorded to the
buffer. I can understand why this would be the case as xor mode is
often used for rendering temporary lines then erasing them. However,
because wxPLViewer relies on the buffer for all its rendering this
means that it cannot support xor rendering. Does anyone have any
thoughts on the possibility of putting xor mode drawing in the buffer?
Or maybe making it an option? There are alternatives, but all of them
are significantly more conplex then simply logging xor rendering in
the buffer. Perhaps this could be a device option?
