I envy you. The first time I saw it, a long time ago, the eclipse was partial, something like 40% (wild guess) and the second and last time, when there was the promise of something like 90% or more, the sky was clouded. I did notice a drop in light intensity and I had the radio at hand for a live report from France, but that is a poor surrogate ;).
