Initial commit of script to automatically generate
(or regenerate) build configurations for the following
list of packages:

libffi intltool pixman gperf libxslt libxml2

Tested by Alan W. Irwin <ai...@us...> by
running the script and testing all the relevant build targets
for these packages on Linux.
