[Plplot-general] cmake & disable fortran

Dear Group,

I wanted to package plplot to rpm. I have used the spec from fedora-7. It uses 
cmake for building plplot. The question is how to disable some features, for 
example I don't need f95 and tcl. I'm sorry for asking such a simple 
questions in the list.
