[Plplot-general] Werner Smekal has joined the PLplot core development team

I am happy to announce that Werner Smekal has joined the PLplot core
development team (see
http://sourceforge.net/project/memberlist.php?group_id=2915 for the complete
list of members). What this means is he will have cvs write access (in fact
he has made his first cvs commits this morning), write access to our
website, and general responsibility (along with the rest of the core team)
for PLplot.

Werner is the developer of the wxwidgets device driver for PLplot and also
has been contributing a lot recently to testing, refining, and expanding our
new CMake build system on the windows side of things (the bare windows,
Cygwin, and MinGW/MSYS platforms).

Werner, welcome to the team!
