[Plplot-general] Introduction

Hello,  I'm currently packaging plplot for Fedora Extras.  Packages 
should be out for FC4 shortly.  I've also posted a couple bug reports of 
problems I encounted while trying to package plplot.

Just thought I should introduce myself :-).
