Hello!
I  just would like to report the success for building this plplot distribution 
on my system ALTLinux Sisiphus. I rebuild the yplot for new version as well.
Every example there works as expected. plot_test.sh successfully generated 
postscripts files for c, octave-2.1.50 and python-2.2.
