[Plplot-general] Incorrect values returned by plgspa()

Hello,

I have found that with the X Window driver the values returned by
plgspa()
are/can be too small by a factor of approximately 1.4.

Is this somehow due to my set-up (hardware/the program involved) or is
this
more commonly recognised as a problem?
