[Plplot-general] X_CreateWindow

I have an alpha w/ OSF1 and I am getting
the following error when I try to do
plots:

X Error of failed request:  BadMatch (invalid parameter attributes)
Major opcode of failed request:  1	(X_CreateWindow)
Serial number of failed request:  12
Current serial number in output stream:  16


I tried the AC_DEFINE(USE_DEFAULT_VISUAL) mentioned 
in a previous letter but it did not resolve the problem.
Anyone have any idea ?
