[Plplot-general] DEFAULT_VISUAL

Hello,

I tried to install plplot 5.1.0 on a RedHat 7.2 system.

The x01c demo crashed with :

X Error of failed request:  BadMatch (invalid parameter attributes)
  Major opcode of failed request:  1 (X_CreateWindow)
  Serial number of failed request:  10
  Current serial number in output stream:  14

In the configure script there is
#define USE_DEFAULT_VISUAL 1  only for SunOS.
Enabling this also on RedHat7.2 seems to solve the problem.
