[Plplot-general] Building Octave with Plplot

Hi,

I need to rebuild octave and I remember hearing that there is plplot
support.  I grabbed 2.1.34, the bleeding edge release, but have not
yet figured out if there is a configuration option for this.  (There
seems to be --enable-plplot but it doesn't seem to work for me.)

Can anyone give me some hints on how to build plplot version of
octave?
