[Plplot-general] mac support for plplot

I have integrated my Macintosh port for plplot into the CVS archive 
files as of 05/09/2000.

Until I can get an anonymous ftp site set up please email me if you 
want to play with this. The archive contains a few files in the main 
distribution that were changed as well as a sys/mac directory.

It does need some work but wanted to get this old work available to 
those who will use it more than I do.

I have given the patches to the maintainers and we can hope to see it 
integrated into the CVS repository in the future.
