[Plplot-general] Import plplot in python

Hello,

I have been using usually Plplot with fortran. Plplot have been helped
my research activities greatly. Thank you very much plplot developers.

Right now, I want to use plplot with Python, so I have tried to
install plplot with python. However, python is not able to find plplot
from python interpreter with import function. I think that my python
environment is fine because python can find another python module such
as numpy, scipy and matplotlib.

My environment is Mac OSX 10.5.6, plplot5.9.2_1, python2.5 which unix
tools were installed with MacPort 1.7. Actually there is no error
message when finish to install.

Please let me know how to confirm the environment is fine or not to
run python with plplot.
