* Added year 2002 for copyright entry of Alan and Rafael.

* Fixed the Project-Date entity, which contains now the RCS keyword $Date$, 
  and must be updated with CVS keyword substitution.  This is not a 
  completely satisfactory solution, because the $Date$ keyword reflects only
  the date of the last CVS checkin of the present file.  We ought to find a
  way to update automatically the date of release of the documentation.
