Log Message:
Changed the license terms for the PLplot Documentation, which is now like
the FreeBSD Documentation License.  The changes:

  * Changed the text of <legalnotice> in plplotdoc.xml.in (and also fixed
    some typos in <copyright>, like Joao's name appearing twice).
	   
  *  Added a comment at the top of each xml and dsl file containing the
     whole text of the license.
       
  * Added the file doc/docbook/COPYING.  It is included in EXTRA_DIST of
    file doc/docbook/Makefile.am and will appear in the source documentation
    tarball, generated in doc/docbook/src/Makefile.am.

  * Added Joao Cardoso in the doc/docbook/AUTHORS list.
  
  * Fixed LGPL licensing text in some files.
