Log Message:

Changed all occurrences of sgml-parent-document "plplotdoc.sgml" to
"plplotdoc.xml" in the definitions of the Emacs local variable
sgml-parent-document, otherwise it is impossible to use psgml-mode.  This
change should be without consequences for people editing the xml files who
are not using PSGML under (X)Emacs (I wonder why they are not...)
