with_freetype=yes
enable_dyndrivers=yes
enable_octave=yes
enable_ntk=yes

remove dbmalloc and fseek cruft.

Move AC_PATH_XTRA before sysloc.in include so that automatic have_x logic
that comes with this macro works in sysloc.in and can completely replace the
non-working has_x11 logic there.
