#166 wxwidgets device: inconsistent superscript and subscript spacing

Superscript and subscript vertical spacing is inconsistent for -dev wxwidgets compared to other devices. Use a call to plP_script_scale (as currently done by the cairo, qt, pdf, ps, psttf, and svg device drivers) to get rid of this inconsistency.

Commit 9dc7393 did not actually solve this issue. See the commit message for commit 4936e40 for all the details of the test that must be passed and details of the workarounds that were applied to "fix" this issue. However, fundamental fixes are needed so I am changing the status of this bug report to open and leaving those fundamental fixes to Phil.
