Hey folks, I just did a partial clean up at i18n side of ATContentTypes and found some interesting issues with i18ndude: * it's ignoring the '## bla' from all entries on *-manual.pot when firing a 'rebuild-pot ... --merge' command (in truth, the ## markup doesn't really exists...) => We should move from '## bla' to '# bla' which is the correct translator-comments markup[1]. * it's ignoring the references ('#: bla') from any entry defined at *-manual.pot which doesn't also have automatic-comments (#. bla) => It's bad, because it removes the references collected from that entry and stored at *-manual.pot files. AFAIK, it's not required that an entry must have references (#: bla) AND automatic-comments (#. bla), only references should be ok. [1]http://www.gnu.org/software/gettext/manual/html_chapter/gettext_2.html#SEC9 We need to fix i18ndude to not 'eat' these info. [ This is just a mental note to self and a subliminal message to hannosh... ;-) ] -- _____________________________________________________________________ Dorneles Treméa · Developer · Plone Solutions · Brazil Consulting · Training · Development · http://www.plonesolutions.com _____________________________________________________________________ Plone Foundation · http://plone.org/foundation · Protecting Plone |
