[Plone-docs] Enabling full-text indexing of Word docs and PDFs in Plone 3

I submitted a documentation request for a tutorial on how to set up full-text indexing of Word docs and PDFs in Plone 3.

I'd like to take the lead on writing the tutorial, but it looks like I need to be added to the documentation team in order to take ownership of documentation request #56.
