[Plone-docs] Chapter 2 - needing root

This isnt true at all.  Why would you need to have administrator access to 
install Plone
on a computer?  By default it runs on port 8080.  Maybe the Windows version 
requires
Administrator becuase it runs on port 80 by default.  Could someone please 
clarify the
requirements of Plone?
